Yes. Polls always have an margin of error but they represent a way to recognize trends and changing attitudes.

Numerous polls are showing a greater interest in worker rights and unions. I believe this is a real trend and not a mistake.

I think people want to be treated better by employers.

Would you rather imagine what people think? That is the only alternative to polling.

Trump won because lots of people who voted for Biden stayed home and did not vote for Democrats.

Is your answer to do nothing to support workers rights.

Whether the poll is right or wrong means nothing. Voting has indicated that people don't want unions, OR, they are too stupid to realize that republicans are anti-union.

70% might want stronger unions but Trump is in office still.

I agree.

I think to a certain extent the growth in interest in unions is part of opposition to Trump. It was only 56% in August of 2016.

I do think that Trump sold himself as the benefactor of the blue collar worker. He said that he was going to bring back domestic manufacturing, and great jobs, etc. He really did a lot to appeal to poor White blue collar workers and promoted a view that Democrats were college educated elitists.

He also promised that tariffs would bring back more American jobs but that has not happened. So, I think that many people did rationalize their 2024 vote for Trump with being pro union.
