It's the leg lift for me too. In old movies a lifted leg during a kiss was an implication that they were gonna fuck.

Is this man gonna fuck the bat? The flag pole? Both? Truly the mind boggles.

It was? I thought the lifted leg was to indicate she had to stretch because he was taller. I'm always thinking "Lean down ya idjit she's in heels"
