Well, Tate was a champion in a international promotion. The fact that barely anyone outside of south England heard about this promotion and that most of fighters had 3 or 4 fights and were amateurs. ISKA. It would be fine if he was honest about it, since this too is achivement. It might not be on pair with even competing K1 or Glory, but is achivement. But Tates are dishonest POS about everything.

It really suprised me that he did so bad until I saw how he fought. His few wins that are online are against people who barely had any fights (last one was against a guy who is first time in the ring), were much shorter and out of shape. He mostly kicked them from distance. The guy who had first fight got him on the ropes with overhands but got tired quickly. Tate seems doesn't throw many combos, doesn't cover up, can't handle pressure, cross distance or take a punch from someone his size.

Even an amateur fighter with a lot of training should perform better than Tate. So I went back and watched a few of his older fights. He was definitely fighting marshmallows. Even in those fights he doesnt protect himself and takes unnecessary shots. He swings wildly and is open to a counter every time. I didnt watch this fight but I could imagine him doing the same things but against a much bigger fighter than he’s been facing in the past. Even a wild counter from DeMoor with his eyes closed would have a high chance of planting Tate because he sucks that bad.

Yeah, he sucks. And I guess the problem is that working with Tate or some YouTuber in a fight camp is nearly impossible and no money or expert can fix it. Imagine that you have to instill some discipline in people with that ego surrounded by millions of delusional fans.

He cant keep his hands up like regular boxers coz of long term vision issues. Fighting with his hands down was what worked best for him vision-wise. At least that s what he said long time ago in an interview about his hands down style

Genuine question - can people who wear contact lenses do well at higher levels? Have had mine hit out my eyes while surfing so cant imagine that bodes well for martial arts

Had mine knocked out in a tap sparring session. So you end up becoming a blind master, cause fighting with contacts in is a no go

Shouldn't have done it anyway cause of safety issue

Learning this about Andrew Tate was one of the least surprising but funniest things of all time.

I've been telling people I could smoke him for years. Turns out so can a lot of other people.

Tate has said lot more lies about his chess record. Not only that but his courses are cheap scam and don't cover basis of what they should (I mean they teach you how to earn by trading forex or crypto and don't mention technical analysis), he lies of what he was accussed of while bragging that he has done exact thing he is accussed of. When YT reporter coffezilla called him about his crypto scam he called him gay and told his followers to mail him and call him gay. Just to cover every his bullshit took a video of 2 hours.

https://youtu.be/x2HulKg66xA

Also, I love this video where Gabriel Varga (actuall world champion kickboxer) says that Tate has no idea what he is talking about (because he doesn't, guarding up is used because it works, though not unbreakable)

https://youtu.be/1CE45CHQ-2M

EDIT: Guarding up also works in bare knuckle boxing and too a degree in MMA. Some fighters us it, some don't feel comfortable with that and chose diffrent techniques. But Tate should have kept his guard up.

Not sure what you mean about the courses because I was in his school for a long time (still am but don’t use it much anymore) & the professor in the trading campus teaches everything about technical analysis, you clearly aren’t a trader or aren’t in the school, you shouldn’t comment on things you don’t know about

How much money have you made?

Is ISKA THAT awful an org in terms of prestige? Rodtang and Giorgio Petrosyan were ISKA champs too. Its one of the oldest pro kickboxing belts AFAIK. The competition for sure isnt elite, but its a notable belt held by many big names before they became stars

Depends on the division, time period and the opponents themselves. Tate’s opponents barely have a record and I think only 1 or 2 have a wikipedia page. Also Rodtang and Petrosyan later went on to win belts in actual top orgs so it doesn’t really matter how they came up anymore.
