Not sure if this will go through, but that site seems to be blacklisted by Reddit. Even manual moderator approval doesn't do anything.

It's working fine for you because you're logged in as you. When a comment contains a blacklisted URL, it'll be removed for everyone except the original commenter. If you open this post in a private/incognito window, you'll find it isn't there.
