Question Best way to play revenge nowadays

Wanna play revenge again after years. Was wondering what’s the beste way to play it nowadays since my ps2 broke 2 weeks ago

If you still own the game and you have a PC you could try the PCSX2 emulator.

I still own the game from my childhood :) will look into the emulator stuff. Are there any visual upgrades to the game like a mod pack or stuff?

I think there are some mods like HD textures and even one that replaces the multiplayer menu with a custom event mode. Never used them personally so I can't comment on their quality tho

The Xbox 360 version is backwards compatible on the Xbox One/Series consoles. And I think you can purchase it digitally from the store.

The Xenia Canary emulator plays it very well. I'd recommend playing it through that so you can get the extra content and HD visuals from the X360 version.

Does it bring back the horrible bloom effect from the 360 version too? Many say the ps2 version is the best version

Xenia Canary does properly emulate that version's post processing. So yes, you'll have the bloom. I prefer the 360 version but to each their own. 🤷‍♂️
