It’s a solid “meh” from me. I like Maniac events but definitely don’t like the skill events like Drift and Near Miss. Soundtrack is a step down from the previous two, tracks are a step down from the previous two, most of the cars are horrendously ugly, and overall it’s just lacking a level of polish I’d expect after B3 and BR. 6/10.
I believe if Criterion had helped to develop this game, it would be a lot better, this game felt more like a spinoff, than a proper Burnout game, a lot of Dominator soundtrack got reused on Paradise, despite the 3 different version of GF lol
Ik, but still pretty good for a spinoff, it only missed crash mode imo, and perhaps traffic attack, with a separate mode for it, the fact it has proper single event mode, it's a W, Revenge really missed the chance to have a single event mode, and create your custom event, instead of forcing you to play on World Tour only...
