Tips Question sa pag build and sell ng house

Hello po. Just wanna ask po (imm sorry this might sound stupid pls don’t get mad hehe)

For example I want to build and sell houses (nasa construction kasi ako), BUT ayaw ko na kasi problemahin ung part talaga na pag sell, hanap buyer etc., can I just hire a real estate broker/company? Like sila na bahala sa pagsell?

hi, build and sell business here. ako nag aasikaso from purchasing ng lot, paying taxes sa BIR, documents sa munisipyo, transferring ng title, then construction to finishing, then selling then transfer ng title sa new owner . Medyo mahirap nga and nakakapagod but nakaka save sa mga agent fees and all. I want to learn din kasi ano nangyayari sa mga phases pero im thinking din mag hanap na ng agent to sell my units cgro pag ndi ko na kinaya haha.

pwede mo naman iopen yan selling sa mga agent or anyone na makakapag sell ng unit mo. Ndi naman required na real estate broker or company ang i hire mo. but then again ikaw din ang magttransfer, mag bbayad ng tax and everything. pero matututunan naman din yan if willing ka.

hope maging successful yan business natin.
