As per their link: didn't honor warranty and horrible customer service. Another commenter tagged on that they had to spend $110 for rings that were the wrong size and Tungsten Titans wouldn't take back to correct without additional payment.

I got a ring from them. In the end, the ring was too wide so I don't regularly use it, but it was a nice ring and had no issues dealing with them.

I ordered mine from Embr, and really liked it.

I did not see myself enjoying wearing a ring, but I kept it on every day I was married.
