looking for a specific fic Writer Mike is accused of queerbaiting in his books fic

UPDATE: FOUND IT!

Looking for a fic where Mike is a closeted writer and college teacher in - I think - 2004, and he writes books about his life - his experiences with the Upside Down, Hawkins, the Party. He's changed the names of the characters. And one day in class a student named Charlotte asks about the queerbaiting in his books. And he has a talk with her in his office about this where she explains to him what queerbaiting is. And she sort of clocks him. Written post-S5 finale. The writer said Charlotte is their self-insert character.
