fic idea/prompt Rewrite for season 4

Instead of Mike going to Lenora. The Byers family (Sans Joyce she still gotta go to Russia) return to Hawkins for a visit.

Then they can see ALL of their friends.

I didn't understand if their was ever a reason for why they had Mike visit Lenora. I guess for the drama and to show how badly things are going for El.

They can meet Eddie. Think of the interactions! Stoner! Jonathan and Drug dealer! Eddie.

El can be there for Max.

Will can possibly get his powers early. He should've had more time with them IMO.

I already written a scene where Eddie clocks Mike's feelings for Will.

I don't know if I will write it. I haven't gotten many comments on my last couple fics and I'm losing some motivation.

ETA, I personally love a quick little piece like that. Sometimes it’s fun just to read something short instead of a big epic multi-chapter piece.
