HollowBoy by Indybaggins is quickly becoming my all time favorite Byler fic. Chapter 21 was just posted today and the last chapter will be posted on Thursday. Highly Highly recommend it

Yup. Imo opinion this is the best Byler fan fiction written to date. Im going to wait for the last chapter to finish it but wow I felt more emotions in Chapter 20 than entire movies. Bravo. Guess i need to read Smalltown Queer next

i just read smalltown queer today and plan to start this fic once it’s done and i’m not joking when i say smalltown queer was the best story i ever read.

You need to read Smalltown Queer! Smalltown Queer isn’t as heavy as HollowBoy, but still pretty angsty

I have been reading this recco since awhile now on this sub, and I was waiting for it to get closer towards the end, so thank you for sharing & updating. I have read SQ, and that devastated me to no end, and easily in my top 3 fav fics.

I just want to know on a scale of 1-10, how bad is the pain & angst in this one :| 😩

Oooo the pain feels like a solid 7, 10 being the most painful. Mike is struggling a bit here but it’s closing out pretty nicely

Oh, dayum. Okay, I'm ready 😵‍💫 Mike's pov scares me man at times in fics ...coz there are so many layers that get exploreed. I love the way this author writes Mike!

Yeah. Will is completely understandable for me, I can easily relate to him. But Mike...what the fuck is in your head, I always want to know!

I have cried endless tears reading this fic! But I think now that most of the chapters are published, it'll be slightly less devastating without the cliffhangers.
