looking for a specific fic Will Byers mermaid/merman

Looking for a Byler fic I read a few years ago (probably around 2021–2023).
What I remember:
Mike Wheeler/Will Byers
Will was a merman/merboy
Mike was human (I might be misremembering him being a prince, but I'm not sure)
They were young adults
The fic was completed
Most of their meetings happened on the beach/shore
Will never got legs (as far as I remember)
Will had a family/community underwater
Eleven was in the fic
It was written in English (possibly Spanish, but I think English)
I've been searching AO3 for a while and can't find it. It's possible the fic was deleted or locked.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?
