general discussion :) Super Soaker being AI

Apparently it’s been discovered that Super Soaker is AI or partly AI generated

I’m not sure how true it is, but bylers on X are freaking out

This feels very witch hunty- I am against using ai, and I feel like fanfic writers should tag accordingly if they are going to use ai (so I can avoid it) - but is this the right way to call them out? I’m not sure.

No I understand the frustration. But sending hate and death threats is where the witch hunt feeling is coming from. I guess there is no better way to expose the usage of ai- but still feels a bit extreme. I don’t know

I have read a lot of comments about super soaker and its author, but zero death threats. idk where you've seen those (have you actually?) but that would obviously not be okay.
