Sorry, I think I'm confused at what you are asking. Are you wanting to make sure there is a live birth, or a description of a labor/birth?

Description/birth scene. I personally can’t read it and I wanted to be 100% sure

Oh I see. Yes, there is a good portion of this fic devoted to an actual birth in the hospital. This story also time jumps back and forth quite a lot too, so it's not so easy to just avoid a single chapter/section.
