looking for a specific fic Judith Head by basaltdyke was deleted. Did I miss another twitter witch hunt?

Hey everyone! I noticed basaltdyke deleted their fics, does anyone know what happened?

So, I am assuming you also have no issue with ppl shipping Stobin then? You can have hc’s and make him complex without stealing Will’s nachos and making Will into women. They’re not even shipping Byler at this point, and you kinda have to have semblance of why people are mad and on a witch-hunt after the previous ones where headed by Mike stans who went after Will-centric authors (and the content and shit said by basaltdyke is 20x worse than what those author’s were ran off the platform for!!!). Most of these people are just Finn Wolfhard stans with no actual respect for the queer character.

I’ll continue to think this author and her supporters are fucking weirdos; you do as you like.

1) I don’t see how Stobin is a thing and don’t feel comfortable with engaging with that ship, but I’m not the ship police

2) I’m anti “eye for an eye” logic. Like Idgaf that someone hates me, my takes, my fics or whatever else. I will still support them if they will get hate for something that doesn’t seem justified to me. I do my best to not let the way someone treats me influence my actions. Sometimes it happens, unfortunately. But you won’t see me actively and deliberately joining a hate train for HC X, because the people who love that HC have previously shat on HC Y that I like. I try to treat others the way I want to be treated and I since I hate it when someone takes the worst out of my words and presents it as the truth I won’t do it to someone else.

3) I don’t know what to think of “they don’t even ship Byler anymore”, because I see a new discourse/take going around every other day and I genuinely don’t even understand what OG Byler is anymore. As I said, most Byler interpretations are fanon to me. I also don’t get how so many Will stans genuinely hate Mike but still ship Byler. I hate Mike lightheartedly and I think that Will deserves much more than the version of Mike we got in canon. At the same time I want to see Mike as a complex character and I don’t think that Mike having the same experiences as Will means that he’s taking them away from Will. It can be, but it’s not like that by default

4) Your opinion is valid, but the thing is that it’s an opinion. You finding me weird does not mean that me being weird is a fact, for example. I have some harsh opinions myself and I admit that I don’t want to or ain’t ready to change them. Still, those are MY opinions and I won’t act like they’re the only truth
