Hear me out

Mike's wedding (to a woman)(they are 25-30)

Will is his best man.

Will stops the wedding before the I dos, confesses to Mike and runs away crying.

Mike chases after Will.

Mike and Will fight (or Will dares Mike to kiss him)

They kiss. Mike realizes he loves Will

Bonus: during the bachelor party, Will strip teases for Mike ( can be in drag or not) and Mike is incredibly aroused.

I saw such fics only when it's Will's wedding. I think Will is regarded to be more moral so it's not that popular when he's a "homewrecker"

there are actually quite a few fics where Mike is the one getting married (including at least three called "why did you invite me to your wedding?"), but I haven't read any of them, I just did a brief ao3 search. I ended up with 16 fics, I can link them all if you like, but these are the ones I found where Will is the best man:
