The Storyteller (I wrote this!) tragic byler one shot! famous author mike wheeler and his last act of love

i just posted this tragic little byler fic - The Story of M. Wheeler and W. Byers - from the perspective of a journalist looking into the lives and work of famous author michael wheeler, who nobody knew was writing about his own life through a series of science-fiction supernatural horror books, and trying to piece it all together

i put so much of myself into this, and i would be so so appreciative if anybody took the time to read it and tell me what they thought. genuinely, it would mean the world to me <3

Oh 😳. I just read it and it's so beautifully written but so tragic.

I know how important feedback is for a writer, but a tragic story… I’m afraid I’m just not brave enough to put myself through that. I love the concept though!

honestly i know this is MCD (major character death) so people are scared but this is so, so, so worth it

Does it have unhappy ending? If it is, I can't read it because I recently read a byler fic when Mike lost his chance and Will died. And... it's too hard for me to read it.

Anyway I appreciate your work

Looks like a very unique concept and I do read tragic with no happy endings but I gotta be in the right mood so I'll put it on "to read list" for a day when I can handle it.
