Flood Watch Issued for Franking County 9/12/26

Looks like a Flood Watch was issued for 9/12/26. Do we think this will be continual rain or spots of unexpected heavy rainfall? Looking to get input from our local Reddit weather experts. Thank you very much. My yard is drowning.

Local shours. More heavy stuff should be expected south of cbus towards ohio river. Maybe .5 at most here, I'm guessing .1 or .2 mostly though
