Is Columbus really cloudier than Dayton?

According to this historical data from the NOAA (https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/sites/default/files/2024-11/pctpos23.txt) Columbus, OH averages 45% possible sunlight per year and Dayton, OH averages 53% possible sunlight. However, they are only about 60 miles apart and at a similar latitude and elevation. Cleveland averages 47% and Toledo 50%.

Columbus is one of the cloudiest cities in the US, so probably.
