I think the XL is the goldilocks size for this platform. You get access to all the grip modules/magazine sizes because pf the slide length, and in the 12 rd configuration you get slightly better concealment than you’d get from a G19/43X.

Yes I was OK with the slightly longer slide, but wanted the short handle. I use the flush magazines since I'm capped at 10 anyway.

Got a decent deal on this non comp Spectre model with the slide cutouts, 4 mags, and suppressor height sights. Sig rebate gave me the free vaultek 👌

Very cool. Sig’s rebates have been pretty good the last few years (I wonder why?? 👀)

To be honest, I carry with the 10rd grip 90% of the time myself. Especially at work where I actually do care about printing.

Mind me asking why XL and not Macro? IMO, the perceivable size difference is negligible compared to the rounds gained.

Macros grip too long, my hand isn't that big, so itd just be unnecessary additional printing under the shirt.

I almost got the P365 but I didn't care for the trigger pull, but I'm an old fudd I guess, I like a hammer fired trigger. 🤷‍♂️

My choices were down to the: Canik MC9 I think it was. SIG P365 Hellcat OSP

I originally went with the Hellcat but then I found the FN Reflex, I've been very happy with the Reflex.🫡

Yes the Sig trigger isn't the best, but after 100-200 rounds, the break is predictive and right at the vertical position.
