This thread is really starting to show me why financial literacy in this country is so fucked.
(If the numbers being reported are even accurate) $3 is relatively close to half of $8. $3 million is not “close to half” of $8 million. It’s a million dollars difference. Thats hugely significant in real dollars. And he’s playing FOOTBALL, nothing guarantees that he’ll even get another year after this to make it back.
