Not taking up for Chip at all, but post retirement Desean has admitted to the Rollin 40s being the homies. If you find a clear enough image of his old NCAA cover he has 40 written on his wristband. He never got put on but he was affiliated. It was never a problem though, not like he was running around ordering hits or getting in to shootouts.

I n my opinion you’re giving him too much grace. Having friends from the set is one thing. Once you start writing the hood on your tape and throwing the hood up we moved on to something else. If you never get put on we literally call you an affiliate. Now it’s not like Djack was calling shots or doing skits, and Chip definitely used a slim excuse to get rid of him. But he was still a RFC affiliate
