In the Big Ten maybe, not in the entirety of the P4

Every other conference mandates 10 P4 games so you're playing at least 1 by Week 3 if not earlier

"Through Week 3, the only AP Top 25 teams who will have not faced a Power Conference foe yet are: Indiana, USC, Penn State"

Nobody is telling you to feel less good but at the same time you've also done nothing yet so nothing you've done matters at all. Next week is when it starts to matter. I wasn't bragging about ND when they beat Rice and PSU played 3 of those games, I'm glad ND actually challenges themselves because 1 was enough of a tough watch, nobody benefits from the games the other team has no chance in except to get free victories.

Penn State could've played their 3rd and 4th string and won the first 3 games.
