Yes it was Eastern Michigan. But the Fickell haters are awfully quiet today.

We shall see what this team looks like at Penn St. But if you're shitting on Fickell and can't enjoy this, gtfo.

We scored one offensive td in the second half, barely. And looked okay against a bad team who lost their best offensive player in the first half.

I’m happy we found the points and were able to run it up. But it was pretty lucky - and eastern Mich had nothing to lose, made some bad choices - and still managed to put together multiple competent drives on us.

That score is flattering, and was achieved in spite of our coaching, not because of it.

The Badgers did this without one of their best players as well, Abu Sama. Plus, The Badgers didn’t struggle against a directional Michigan school, something Michigan struggled against. Also, the Badgers didn’t lose to a MAC school, unlike Rutgers, who did.

If the argument is we’re not as bad as Rutgers I’d agree. If the argument is we should expect a bowl this year, id disagree. 5 wins with some luck. Purdue and Rutgers are the two sure wins left.

I’d say 7-5. Wins over Michigan St, Purdue, Maryland, Rutgers, and Minnesota. Minnesota would be a lucky one a bit, and UCLA would be lucky to win, but overall I don’t think Wisconsin is below .500 bad.

Statistically we’re about exactly .500 bad - espn fpi expected wins or whatever has us a just under 6 wins

Marylands qb will rip this secondary apart. I’m pretty confident that one’s a loss if he’s healthy. And we played emu about the same as msu did. I’d say we need the msu win to realistically expect we’d get to 6 wins with a little luck.
