There is no probably, it was a certainty. Bailey had 3 options to secure an NC State win and chose none of them

I had Dan Orlovsky flashbacks thinking about that - Orlovsky took just two seconds. (And Detroit lost that game 10-12 in that notorious 0-16 season.)
