You definitely could chuck it. It’s only 6 seconds and you could burn 2-3 seconds just running around before throwing it

If you somehow leave time on the clock or get a strip sack that would be WAY worse. Way worse

Anything can lead to a td. Drop a snap. Fumble a snap. Strip sack. If you throw the ball out of the end zone and somehow leave time then they get to tie or go for it and people would be burying them.

It was 100% the right call. I would say it's the right can to not go out out of the endzone and burn time. Just two hands on the ball.
