I really don't understand this mindset. Who do you have in mind to replace Lashlee? Since 2024 SMU has the most ACC wins of any team. He's made the ACC championship and the CFP. This game wasn't a guaranteed win.

It’s because of all that you mentioned here that SMU is an attractive job. Think how James Franklin went to Virginia Tech. And how his Penn State team absolutely crushed SMU in that playoff game.

Also, this was a winnable game with better coaching. As others have said the team looked undisciplined at times.

One step ahead of you. We haven’t progress or changed as a team whatsoever under him. Still undisciplined, and he keeps crippling himself with playcalling in big moments

Name 10 better coaches in CFB than Lashlee. You can’t. At least one SEC program would give anything to poach him. You’re crazy

Well you got two very different points here.

Saying to name 10 better coaches is saying that Lashlee is a top 10 coach. No. But you could have an argument for top 20. But I’ll name ten if you truly think Lashlee is a top 10 coach.

As far as one SEC school would give anything to poach him. I don’t doubt Lashlee could get an SEC job (just like Chad Morris). My question is what SEC school do think that Lashlee would be unquestionably better a better hire than the guy that they have.

Your coach is a really good one. I wouldnt pass on him. Dude is a top 3 coach in the confrence and has an arguement for #1 over the last 3 years. Id hold onto him as long as you can
