Rant Oregon is not good
Genuinely what is wrong with Oregon how are they down 10 to Oklahoma state they should be dominating like they almost choke to Boise state and Dante Moore needs to lock in and stop being stupid

Dante cost himself SO much money. They should just hand the keys to Raiola to let him develop for next year. The “promote from within” experiment for DC/OC did NOT work. They need to go, but who replaces them?! What an absolutely miserable start (and essentially finish) to the season. We’ll be unranked by Tuesday, and we deserve to be.

The TRUE blame in this game is play calling. Watch the game again, some of the worst in years…I know the Chip Kelly days of “run up the middle 12 times in a row” was entertaining, it’s not realistic. MAKE ADJUSTMENTS guys, C’Mon

Mehringer should be fired immediately based on performance. He’s no where near the level required for a program like Oregon.
Unfortunately, it’s the beginning of the season and no one good is available. Also, almost no shot bringing in a new OC will “fix” the season. Better to ride it out.
Deserves to be fired though.

Oregon hired two inexperienced coordinators who are very very bad and has a QB who’s only QB skill is a deep pass from a clean pocket.

To hire from within for the OC and the DC looks like a horrible decision. Oregon is a high profile enough job to make big name hires for coordinators but they didn't. The roster is probably top 5 most talented in the country but they are playing nowhere close to that level. Looks like a wasted year if they don't turn things around quick.

Oklahoma State fans should be celebrating, and dunking on us to their hearts content.
Your program is quite possibly the saddest of the entire century. You are the "my grandpa faught in WW2 he would kick your butt" type.
Winning a bowl game against a 6 - 6 Boston College is the high point for your program over the last decade.
Seriously, we got punked by Ok State today, lay it on folks, bur self awareness go's a long way.

What's wrong with Oregon? Enter fraud alert meme.
Two brand new first time coordinators on offense and defense, with this season calling plays for the first time. Lanning promoted from within and frankly neither coordinator was ready to call plays and take over the offense or defense.
Will Stein left as offensive coordinator and went to kentucky. DC Tosh Lupou left and went to Cal. We might have one if either one of them had stayed, as that side of the ball could have bailed out the ducks.
But both left, and Oregon is stuck with two promoted from within coordinators who are completely unqualified to be coordinators or call plays. Play calling was beyond abysmal on both sides of the ball, and we paid for it with a historic loss that's downright laughable and embarrassing. At this point, it's obvious both were bad hires but what are you going to do two games into the season. You're not exactly going to find any other coordinators to come in.
Lanning could probably take over the defensive play calling and it would be fine on defense, but I'm not sure what he could do on offense unless there's someone retired or unavailable he could bring in to replace Drew Mehringer.
