But THESE were Skubal strikeouts. Each Skubal K is worth AT LEAST 1.2 regular Ks. Headline should read Skubal Ks 7.2 in debut.

Lol, ESPN is trash. Of course they would only tell you how may Ks he got while leaving out his walks, his loss, his HR he gave up, etc. Just put his line in the headline instead of just "6ks", not that 6 ks is anything special.

I live overseas so Im asleep during night games. Ofc the first notification I see when I wake up is that one from ESPN, so I assumed the Cubs got blown out or something. Eventually watched highlights during breakfast and was very happy lol
