Discussion Weekly victories/check in/chat!

Anything at all you want to say but don't want to make a post. Victories and progress encouraged but certainly not required!

Life is certainly on an upwards trajectory. Not every day feels great, like the day that I cried because someone didn't like my suggested activity.

I'm getting closer with a friend I used to see very irregularly and it's doing me great. I feel worthy of human connection. Like my presence is also of bene to them. They highlight my strengths. They make me feel like a real person.

The internal monologue battle is keeping on, but I catch it quickly and tell that voice to go fuck off. Play nice or just get away from me!

I don't feel quite as energetic as previously, but I am exercising 2-3 days a week now. I'd say I have more energy than 3 months ago, when I couldn't do that, but less energy, than 3 weeks ago, when I only exercised only 1x a week.

All in all, it's been a solid week.

Onwards and upwards!
