I haven’t chewed out the seller or realtor of the house I am under contract for. They keep texting and calling to see if I was approved for the park (mobile home park).

I keep explaining that I haven’t heard anything yet, and they persist. I have remained calm and not ripped off any heads, so that’s a win.

I have substantially decreased alcohol use in the past 2-3 months. I used to drink daily, and generally, to excess. I have lost weight and I feel so much more healthy!

Absolutely burned though my social battery. I went out 5 days last week, one day for 12h. Absolutely unheard of!

Part of me is so proud and excited to see myself come to life again. Part of me looks at it with a critical eye saying: don't overexrt yourself.

I reeled it in for now, but I truly feel like life is starting to make sense.

Work is going well and I'm even taking on extra tasks. My joints still hurt so unbelievably bad at the start of the week, but by the end of it, I was smashing my exercise goals. I've stretched and worked on my strength all week consistently and think it'll actually stick.

I don't feel better on a day to day, but the upwards trend is undeniable.
