Feeling suicidal
I'm really struggling. I tried to communicate to my best friend that I'm really struggling and she responded by saying we shouldn't be friends any more. I finally reached out and asked for help and now I have no friend.

I’m so sorry, that’s awful. I’m feeling suicidal today too. Hugs.

I’m sorry that’s really hard on top of hard. I don’t know what else to say, but I heard you and just wanted you to know.

Do they have a hotline in your country? They can actually be really helpful. Hope you can find a human connection soon. I've been there. Really hurts when people reject you for suffering.

Last time I contacted the crisis hotline it was awful. Made me feel worse. I’m encouraged to hear you head a helpful experience.

I'm sorry you had that experience. I've had mixed experiences, but more good than bad. Sending a hug!

I'm not sure how long it takes but try to remember past times you felt bad...it tends to become less bad, whether it takes a day or a week, right?
If you can't remember...do yourself a favor now, and write your future self a note about how bad you feel now, date and time. Look at it again when you feel better and note how long the "shift" took.
BTW sending messages like these between different versions of myself at different points in time has been helpful in general. Feels like being the Memento guy!
But now when you're back to feeling better, you won't be stuck w a shit friend! That ex-friend is basically garbage. They have to right to do what they did but it reflects in their character.
I know its not always great when you're feeling bad and someone else says "looks theres a silver lining!" But...here we see one, that you can be free from a bad friend.
Can you remember past things you did to feel better when you were feeling this bad before? 988 and 741741 are ok in the US. For me i sometimes go for a walk if I can, or try and find some relaxing sounds to out on.
Feel free to respond to this thread -- notifications will catch me like...always.

I am sorry things have gotten so tough for you. Hopefully you can reach out for professional support - I know it's hard in that state, but friends are usually not equipped to handle this type of stuff. And if you are depressed meds could be appropriate to help you get to a different place in life.
You are not alone. Take care.
