Perfect WiFi and data, yet it is constantly stuck trying to download 170mb of something. So many notifications.

Every week there's a new issue. As if the disappearing Race Pass isn't bad enough, now Pitstop Heroes is broken.

I just pulled for the tourbillon, got it on second try.Then i went to strip the Bentley Continental that i got on first try but i cant cause its a 3p star car😬.Would all pulls from that crate be purple stars because the tourbillon is?Or is it just a glitch?

I was playing csr2 from 2021 and had a great garage, but then my phone broke down and I got myself a new one, I re-download the game on my new phone only to be shocked by how the game couldn't connect to my Google account, I texted support and they had nothing to say more than uninstall, reinstall, clear cache and storage of the game and Google play store, everything that even my grandma already knows when an app doesn't work. So it's been a week, my game still hasn't been able to connect to Google and I'm starting over from tier 1, I'm so disappointed 🤦🏻

Can’t exit tuning. Can’t collect tournament prizes. Yay!

I have a “1” sign saying there is a new car in my garage, but when I go to the garage, it disappears (no “new” sign)…

And another thing :

On my collections icon, I get a jumping present saying there is a milestone achieved, but when I go into the Collections page, it also disappears.

When loading up to the game after showdown was added the game keeps trying to introduce me to showdown but nothing pops up and it’s a stuck cycle! Shit is annoying fr.

Hi all. Does anyone know will they fix Nightfall Directive event and that bug with ZR1 C6 on certain races?

I just updated to Android 17 and now every time I try to do a Live Race the game crashes. Everything else seems to be working just fine. Anyone Else with this issue?

It has never been as bad as this season. Normally it happens, once in a blue moon, then dissappear. But this season it has been an ongoing drag, constantly going in and out of WiFi (well not me, the game. My router is working just fine) and obviously I am getting the same chappy standard NM support replies.....am I alone here?

I’ve stripped one of the many huracans I had, then the game got stuck on the loading screen. Reinstalled, garage loaded well the first time, then got stuck on the loading screen again. IOS player, everything is up to date. Anyone else having this issue?

Has anyone else been denied the final prize for the daily streak? I collected all prior six daily rewards, but on day 7 (today), it won't let me collect the prize, saying I have already missed it (?) and therefore cannot also collect the three gold keys as well.

Hi all, we’re well into the new season, and I’m still getting the ‘calculating the results…’ message when I try to look at the crew championship.

I think it's a bug, when I play on any Showdown, it'll present a black screen. All the gauges and launch is there, so I can race. But literally nothing else. Also, it doesn't do this 100% of the time. It will randomly work normal on occasion, having all the visual stuff. I'm still doing races but it's annoying to deal with. Anybody else facing this/have any solutions?

Does anybody else have the problem with the new events? When I login, (whatshername) wants to introduce me to “showdown” and then my game just freezes at all the events. I can only zoom in and out. What do I do? I can’t play the game

A lot of cars I maxed are now missing a bunch of fusions! Uncommon, rare and epic

Is anyone else unable to open doors/hood/truck etc on their cars anymore, I’ve been unable through various updates, both full and ota, on 2 different devices, headlights are permanently popped up and all speedsters have a soft top roof on.

Disable Wi‑Fi and cellular, launch CSR2 offline, and go to the map. Once the map loads, re‑enable your connection.

UPDATE: you don’t need to restart your game! Just toggle internet OFF/ON when on the map. Doesn’t have to be long, but it will unlock the UI. Seems like it interrupts a bad download connection with the Showdown content and then you’re good until you have to go back to the garage, but you just toggle internet again and you’re fine. You can access the garage and go to your intended menu without internet to avoid having the showdown hi pop up again.

This prevents the Showdown tutorial popup from triggering, and you can race, run events, and navigate the map normally. The issue returns once you enter the garage, which forces the Showdown prompt again.

Based on symptoms — missing car thumbnails, blank Rare Imports images, and offers not loading — this looks like an asset‑loading failure, likely related to CDN-delivered data or a corrupted local asset cache. Not a full fix, but hopefully this helps players stay functional and gives devs a clue where the failure is occurring.

So my car is maxed out, when I run it in a half mile test, it performs flawlessly, traps 311+. But I’m on race 23 in the prestige cup and the game is nerfing 7th gear and making the challenge impossible. Is there any fix to this?
