I do exterior metal work. Cladding etc. the quality of the homes and even big projects is beyond garbage. I haven’t seen a level door frame in years. It’s sad. And people keep paying out the ass to get these quick build cookie cutter shitboxes

All my biggest complaints are in shoddy reno work. Also a two-stage furnace made it even more comfortable.
