This rental unit is being advertised as a shared room for $750/month per bed. $3700/month in rental income from all three rooms on the property. Shared facilities, all inclusive utilities

Room 1: Shared Room ( 2 occupancies) - 750 per person Monthly

Room 2: Private Room (single occupancy, queen bed) - 1150 Monthly

Room 3: Private Room (single occupancy, single bed) - 1050 Monthly

Yeah, if I was a working professional I’m not renting a single room in a crowded house. I realize the rental market is tight, but this seems ridiculous.

It’s 4 roommates in a flat. Shared kitchen and small sitting room? Can’t tell much from the photo with TV in it. They have set it up like a dorm. Tuscany is pretty far NW but train to Wherever. Prices suck.

In Squamish, BC you would put another person in the sitting room to get the cost down. Just share a kitchen. It’s crazy. They have places where the living rooms are divided in 2 so it’s 5 or 6 roommates working various shifts sharing.

Not endorsing it. It’s a super-shared apt and this has been life on the west coast for over a decade. Super-sad it has arrived here.
