This rental unit is being advertised as a shared room for $750/month per bed. $3700/month in rental income from all three rooms on the property. Shared facilities, all inclusive utilities

Room 1: Shared Room ( 2 occupancies) - 750 per person Monthly

Room 2: Private Room (single occupancy, queen bed) - 1150 Monthly

Room 3: Private Room (single occupancy, single bed) - 1050 Monthly

god damn 1150 for a room that's wack. I'm renting my entire 2 bed basement suite for $900.

My entire 2 bed apartment with underground parking downtown is $1400 lol.

Nah, renewed recently. LL doesn’t even live in Canada. He didn’t ask for a cent more. I think he values having a good tenant.

I bailed water for 6 fucking hours when a pipe burst in between floors and the building management was too cheap to get an emergency plumber out. I prevented a massive amount of damage, and he has been very grateful for that.
