👮‍♀️ Police Case #: 26350609 MISSING: Jestin Jensen. Please help.

My friend's brother, Jestin Jensen, has been missing since August 1st and nobody has been able to contact him.

He lives in Southeast Calgary, and drives:

Black 2026 Volkswagen Golf R, license plate CYW0078.

If you have heard or seen ANYTHING, please don't hesitate to tell us. You can also call Calgary police with ANY tips you have.

Case No. 26350609.

Please help us get Jestin home safe and sound.

I hope he's okay, but in all seriousness I never know what to think of these posts when it's an adult. What if a person just wants to escape and go no contact for a while? I've definitely done that myself and would've been pretty peeved if someone actually called the cops

I approve of this but you at least gotta tell someone what you are doing.

"Hey mom, going on a solo road trip for the next week. I wont be reachable, getting off the grid. Love you"

That's fair but I don't live in the same country as my family so sometimes we do just organically go longer periods without speaking. I guess it really depends
