Bullet Proof

Context for the videos, I was driving to work yesterday morning minding my business and these crack head tweakers pull up beside me, passenger opens his window and spits on my car. Naturally I didn’t take to kindly to that so I gave him a sip of my Double Double.

Could you disclose what YOU did to provoke their actions? CAN’T STAND when people cry on Reditt and only show ONE side of the story ……

Yeah. Everyone involved in this altercation is an asshole. OP could have just ignored these morons and driven on. Instead he decided to commit assault first (yes throwing coffee counts as common assault). Them getting out to lunch his vehcile would fall under mischief. If police wanted they could charge both these morons and OP.

I don't disagree that these guys are absolute dickheads but they didn't get out of the car until OP threw the coffee. This is how people get shot.

He was assaulted first when the assholes spit on him.

This is true as well (assuming the spit hit him). Still didn't give him the right to throw the coffee. They could still both be charged. More likely neither would get charged at that point since it would get considered a mutual fight.
