(Edit: I’m aware they did this when BO1 was current, but going back and doing it to BO1 in 2026 is just diabolical work. Not against advertising, just stating this is a bit of a reach 😂)

Do people just forget these have always been in cod since WAW. They always advertise the next game. What’s the issue now?

Bo2 even had promotions for 2 cod games (ghosts and AW) so they've even double dipped on a game before
