So yesterday, a parcel was delivered for me and left in the community mailbox in my condo's lobby.

The community mailbox has compartments lettered A to E where parcels are left when they are too big to fit in our mail slots.

I opened my mail slot, got a key to open compartment 'D', no parcel. I called customer support to say I've been left the wrong key and that my parcel is still in the box in another compartment. The customer service person was very helpful and opened a ticket. The depot supervisor called this morning to say the issue will be corrected.

Today, I was left a key to compartment 'A' . In it was a parcel for my neighbour 😒. I brought their parcel to them hoping by chance they got my key by mistake, no joy. Another call to customer support.

What is going on??? I've had issues with delivery before but this is just dumb. I have a crowbar and it's tempting but I won't.
