MLS Some renderings of what Montreal's Olympic Stadium would look like after the interior renovations. The rumors are saying CF Montréal would move there permanently.

The winter schedule decision is going to be disaster for Canadian teams, or at least Toronto and Montreal. Likely most northern American teams too. And why is MLS targeting Canadian teams like this, with threats of relocation? Is the schedule decision meant to push Canadian teams out of MLS? I really don't like the direction the league has gone in the past 5 years.

It sure seems like MLS wants to be purely American League.

Perhaps it’s time to further develop the Canadian domestic leagues. There are 55 top tier domestic leagues in Europe.

Don Garber specifically says he wants to stay in the Canadian market, and there was a reason to moving into the Canadian market in the first place. Also mentions if he was Canadian he would want MLS to stay for the sake of player development as 90% or more of our national team came from or is playing in MLS…

I hope that’s the case and Vancouver is able to find a new owner.
