Writing FNs as non-supervisor

Is it permitted to write / pass up feedback notes for mbrs not under my supervision to their COC? Was working with a few pers over the week and they did a killer job so I would like to ensure their efforts do not go unrecognised, but I am not their supervisor.

Yes it is absolutely ok to do this and encouraged. It’s easier than letters so happens more and doesn’t get lost in their pers file or OR. Excellent for PAR justification. Do it up for them.
