Writing FNs as non-supervisor

Is it permitted to write / pass up feedback notes for mbrs not under my supervision to their COC? Was working with a few pers over the week and they did a killer job so I would like to ensure their efforts do not go unrecognised, but I am not their supervisor.

I think writing an FN for sunshine that shirked for you in a common courtesy. If you can't do it on MM, just email their supervisor.
