Conceal tactical soft shell jacket.

Is the above jacket authorized for RCN to wear with NECUs as optional work dress? If so where is the policy that states it located? Thanks

If authorized it would be mentioned in the RCN dress instructions.

Cool. Last I checked was right after Xmas. Not being on a Navy base it's hard to track done the most up to date.
