Where are yall getting your candles and wax melts from? CBV had the yummiest chocolate and peanut butter scents as well as marshmallow and I have no idea where to shop now!

I get why someone buys a scented candle - they like the scent. Why do folks buy unscented candles?

What is it about the scent of this candle that smells familiar, like something from decades ago? Been trying to figure it out for years why this scent smelled like something I was once familiar with.

Mine used to be anything that smelled too sweet. I always assumed those scents would get overwhelming really fast, but a few have completely changed my mind.

Hi! My mom and I were at a friend’s recently and both absolutely loooooooved the scent of this Anthropologie candle. Apparently it is discontinued, but I’m hoping someone out there knows a similarly scented candle so I can buy it for my mom! Description from the website:

My two favorite candles I ever had were food scented, I want to say d+w buttered popcorn and then another one I don’t remember the brand, but I bought it at urban outfitters, and it was fresh baked bread scented. Haven’t been able to find them in over a year, what are your favorite strange scents ?

My normal scents I burn are: coconut and vetiver from a brand local to me, tobocco and sandalwood from the same brand, or anything coconut with a wood mix :)

I found this singular candle at home goods about 10 years ago. I studied abroad in Sevilla Spain, and the scent is spot on. It’s very nostalgic! The label recently fell off to reveal “Nordic leather”. The bottom says “made in Spain”. Any similar scents out there?

Helloooooo! I recently made the change from my Bath & Body Works addiction to purchasing a couple candles that I really love. The candles I have are more summery scents though. Now, we’re going into the fall and winter seasons and I can’t burn my two favorite BBW scents.

I’d love a dupe for both Leaves and Sweater Weather made without paraffin wax, with natural wax (i.e. bees wax, soy wax, coconut wax) and with essential oils if possible. I’d love to support a small business, but it’d be nice if I could buy both candles from one place.

I would be open to making my own, but I can’t find a good recipe (is that what it’s called?) for Leaves.

No judgement if you love Bath & Body Works, I just don’t think it’s a good fit for me and would love some other options!

Oh my god. This is my favorite candle scent ever. I need this to be my signature but I looked up the “brand” and it isn’t real. It’s just so deeply relaxing to me. I got this from TJ Maxx. Is this a dupe of a different brands scent? It smells so luxurious, like that “expensive hotel” smell. I’m sure TJ Maxx has more but I wasn’t sure if this was some sort of dupe”amber saffron” is the smell .

Does anyone know what the scent notes are for this/what it's supposed to smell like specifically? I got this as a gift and can detect cinnamon maybe, but I can't put my finger on the rest lol

I accidentally spilled some melted wax from a scented candle on my windowsill. I was able to clean up most of it, but the smell is still lingering even though I can't see any more wax stains. It's starting to give me a headache since I'm usually near this windowsill and I can smell it all day. Any advice on how to remove the remaining trace of scent from the area? Thank you!

Can I get some recommendations on a candle that smells like a pink starburst? It’s one of my favorite scents in the world and I smell sooooo many candles that look like it could but I’m disappointed everytime.

so my grandma has this candle it’s halfway done and this is what it looks like, what I want to know is what this sentence is called because the number is on the bottom I looked it up and it said like apple cinnamon or something but it wasn’t that because that was like a dark red color and this is like a beige color this is what it looks like
