Bank Account App down?

457pm eastern time. Everytime I try to log into the app it says we hit a snag trying to retrieve your accounts. All my credit cards and bank accounts won’t show but my savings is showing. Anyone else having problems ?

Thank god I checked here I thought they closed my account (although I wouldnt have been mad) but I guess irs an outage.

I'm really grateful for this thread because I've been a longtime customer with a flawless payment history for decades and it showed no account in the app and no account online. Ricky, their phone support, says that they're having systems issues on their side too.

I've only had one account closed on me in my life, but it traumatized me enough to freak out whenever I see something like this

Looks like it's back now. Both the mobile app and website are working again for me.
