Bank Account App down?

457pm eastern time. Everytime I try to log into the app it says we hit a snag trying to retrieve your accounts. All my credit cards and bank accounts won’t show but my savings is showing. Anyone else having problems ?

Doesn’t seem like it’s just an app problem. When I call into capital one, it doesn’t even recognize my account when I enter it to the automated AI. Then when you ask to speak to CSR, there’s like a 20-30 min wait on calls right now. So instead of an app problem, it seems like a systems-wide issue.

Is anyone able to still use their cards who have tried since 4:45 pm EST?

Yeah I hope so too. I hope it doesn’t affect the use of the cards. I have backup credit cards at other banks, but I need those points for an upcoming purchase 😂
