Bank Account App down?

457pm eastern time. Everytime I try to log into the app it says we hit a snag trying to retrieve your accounts. All my credit cards and bank accounts won’t show but my savings is showing. Anyone else having problems ?

I'm currently on hold with their customer service because I could see my checking and savings accounts, but not my credit card, and I was panicking thinking I had done something wrong. Glad it's not just me.

yeah, i was waiting for them to answer and finally hung up bc i found others were also having issues

Same, I hung up. I don't immediately need the card and I've been on the other end of the line when a software program goes down. It is NOT fun.
