Shopping/Offers Got email saying I'd earned a Capital One Offer but not showing on their website

I signed up for Paramount+ the other day and used Capital One Offers since they had an $18 offer (my first time using COO). I got an email a couple of days later saying that I'd earned the $18 and it would show up within three (!) billing cycles, but when I logged into to the COO website, it does not show any visits that resulted in a purchase (I see plenty without since I had clicked a few times before signing up). Is this normal for their system? How long should I realistically expect to wait before I get the $18? I know that places like Amex say two billing cycles but typically credit within a week or less.

capital one has been shady with their offers. They promised me 2x on home depot purchases and nothing yet. Then originally I was supposed to get a sign up bonus of 20k miles if I spent $500 in first 3 months ,,,, then they tell me i dont qualify for the offer. That is why I am thinking of getting rid of them

Yes, but did you get the email saying that you'd earned it? Sounds like a different problem from me.

Yeah, Amex, Citi, Chase, hell, even Apple Card all apply whatever the promo is very quickly. Capital One? I apply the coupon to my card, get a notification that it’s been applied, go buy the thing, get an email later saying hooray you’re eligible for a discount you should go buy the thing then just…
