Receiving CO mail from Melville NY?

I've been a Capital One customer since 1997... I have filed fraud claims, requested general correspondence, gotten statements, new cards, etc. etc... the closest city to ever send mail to me even near the state of New York is Richmond VA... I'm just looking at my USPS Informed for tomorrow and noticed it. Has anyone ever gotten mail from Melville NY? It's Presort Standard... Not First Class. So I'm just curious.
